Your first visit, step by step
A first set takes a little setup. After that it's a fill every two to three weeks.
- 01
Step 1: Book your visit
Choose a service on the booking page and pay the deposit that holds your time. New clients, add a patch test first.
- 02
Step 2: What to bring
Photos of a look you like, a list of allergies and any reaction you've had to tape or eye products, and your contact lens case.
- 03
Step 3: When you arrive
Park behind the building, go to the second floor and find the door marked 14. Arrive a few minutes early and text me from the hallway.
- 04
Step 4: What to expect
We start with your natural lashes, your eye shape and the look you want. Then you rest with your eyes closed while I work. A set takes two to two and a half hours.
- 05
Step 5: Afterward
I'll go over aftercare and you can book your fill before you leave.
Come ready
What to do before you come
Clean, makeup-free eyes
No mascara, eyeliner or eye cream the day of your visit.
No lash curler
Skip the curler for a couple of days before a set or a lift.
Contact lenses out
Take them out for lash work, or bring your case and I'll wait.
Skip oil-based products
Oil near your eyes breaks down the adhesive. Use a gentle cleanser the night before.
Patch test
Book it ahead of a first set, lift or lamination, and tell me how your skin responds.
Who should wait
If your eyes are red, itchy or sore, or you've had an eye infection or procedure lately, reschedule and see your doctor first.
