Policies
I keep these plain and I keep them. Please read them before you book.
Booking and deposits
Every lash set, fill, lift and lamination takes a deposit to book. It holds your time and goes toward your service. You choose a service and a time on the booking page and pay the deposit there. A brow shape and a patch test don't take one.
Canceling and running late
I ask for 24 hours' notice to cancel or move a visit, and your deposit moves with you. With less notice, I keep the deposit. If you're running late, I hold your time for 15 minutes for a fill and 20 for a set, lift or lamination. After that I shorten the visit rather than run into the next client's.
If you miss an appointment
If you miss a visit without a word, I keep the deposit and I hold your next visit only with prepayment. If something comes up, a text is all it takes.
Children and companions
Visits are for the client, 18 and over. The suite is small and the work needs you still with your eyes closed, so please come alone. A friend can wait in the hallway, where there's a bench by the stairs.
Patch tests and allergies
I ask every new client to patch test before a first set, lift or lamination. A patch test helps, but it can't predict every reaction, so tell me about allergies, sensitive eyes and any reaction you've had to tape or eye products. Reactions can happen. If you notice burning, swelling, redness or blurred vision, tell me and call your doctor or go to urgent care.
Before your visit
Come with clean eyes: no mascara, eyeliner or eye cream the day of your visit, and no lash curler. Take your contact lenses out for lash work, or bring your case. There's more on the Before you book page.
Redos and refunds
If something isn't right, tell me within a week. I'll look at your lashes or brows and say what I can do. Services aren't refunded, but a concern always gets a conversation first.
Tipping
Tips are welcome and never expected. You can add one when you pay at the end of your visit.
If you have a reaction
Lash extensions, lifts and laminations aren't right for everyone, and reactions can happen. If you notice burning, swelling, redness or blurred vision after a visit, tell me and call your doctor or go to urgent care.
