Questions, answered

How often do I need a fill?

Every two to three weeks. After a longer gap, too few extensions may be left to fill, and a new set may be the better choice.

What happens if I'm late?

I hold your time for 15 minutes for a fill and 20 for a set, lift or lamination. After that I shorten the visit so it doesn't run into the next client's.

Do I need a patch test?

New clients do, before a first set, lift or lamination. It helps, but it can't predict every reaction. Tell me about allergies and sensitive eyes.

What if I react?

Reactions can happen. If you notice burning, swelling, redness or blurred vision, tell me and call your doctor or go to urgent care. I stop the service.

Can I wear mascara or get them wet?

Skip mascara and oil-based products on extensions. Keep them dry for the first 24 hours, then wash gently with an oil-free cleanser.

Can I bring a guest or a child?

Please come alone. Visits are for clients 18 and over, and a friend can wait in the hallway.

How do deposits work?

A deposit holds your time and goes toward your service. If you cancel with 24 hours' notice it moves with you. The amount shows on the booking page.

Can you fill another artist's set?

I'll look at it first. If enough extensions are left, I can fill it. If not, I'll suggest a removal and a new set.

Where is the suite and where do I park?

Suite 14, on the second floor of Carothers Suites, with parking behind the building. The suite page has the way in.

Do you sell gift cards?

Yes, in any amount, from the gift cards link at the bottom of every page.
